How it works on your site
The Brokk 200 is a 2,100 kg tracked, mains-electric demolition robot that the operator drives by remote control. It breaks concrete with a breaker or crusher in structural demolition, strips interiors for soft-strip and selective salvage, and sorts material with grapples or a bucket. The profile lists it as shipping, and Brokk still lists the Brokk 200 among its demolition robots; Brokk announced the Brokk 200+ successor on 1 February 2024, and its compare-models table lists only the 200+.
Material Sorting & Segregation
A clamshell bucket, multi-purpose grapple or sorting/demolition grapple lets the operator pick through demolition debris and sort it by material from the remote.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Brokk fits the 200 with a multi-purpose grapple or a sorting/demolition grapple for soft demolition, pulling out structures inside buildings while the operator works the SmartRemote from a distance.
Structural Demolition
The operator drives the 200 to the work face and runs a hydraulic breaker or a concrete crusher from the SmartRemote, away from the breaking. Brokk pairs the 200 with the BHB 305 breaker and lists the lighter BHB 205 as compatible. Brokk's Brokk 200 page names the Darda CC480 crusher, which Brokk markets for demolition with less noise, dust and vibration.
