How it works on your site
The Brokk 300 is a 3,650 kg tracked, mains-electric demolition robot that the operator drives by remote control. It covers structural demolition with a breaker or concrete crusher, soft-strip and selective salvage, and material sorting with grapples or a clamshell bucket. Brokk launched the 300 at Intermat Paris in April 2018 as the replacement for the Brokk 280 and introduced the Brokk 300+ successor at World of Concrete in January 2024; the 300 is listed as shipping and its product page is still live while Brokk's compare-models page lists the 300+ in its place.
Material Sorting & Segregation
For sorting, the 300 takes a multi-purpose grapple, which Brokk names as its attachment for loading, sorting and separating debris, or a clamshell bucket for sorting material and debris.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
The 300 carries a sorting and demolition grapple for this work, an attachment Brokk describes as ideal for soft demolition and stripping structures inside buildings. The operator runs the grapple from the portable SmartRemote controller.
Structural Demolition
The operator works the BHB 455 hydraulic breaker from the SmartRemote controller, or switches to a concrete crusher, which Brokk lists for silent demolition with less noise, dust and vibration. With the breaker fitted, Brokk gives 6,500 mm of vertical and 6,100 mm of horizontal reach.
