How it works on your site
The HCR120C is a small diesel-powered, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd.; it is 780 mm wide, needs no mains power on site, and Hitech's tech spec calls it "the smallest diesel engine driven demolition robot". It covers three demolition subtasks: soft-strip and selective salvage, structural demolition, and material sorting and segregation, with an operator running the machine and its attachment from a radio or cable remote control. Hitech lists the HCR120C as a shipping product in its HCR series; RIC found no independently documented deployment or named buyer.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits broken concrete, steel and other debris into separate streams once the structure is down. On the HCR120C that handling runs through a gripper or bucket from Hitech's attachment list, moved by the operator on the remote control.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip clears a building of its non-structural contents and salvageable material ahead of structural work. The HCR120C's part in it rests on the interchangeable attachments Hitech lists for it, such as hydraulic hammers, buckets, grippers, hydraulic drills and hydraulic shears, with every move made by an operator on the remote control.
Structural Demolition
Hitech says the self-contained diesel engine lets the operator work the HCR120C without dragging a power cable, and that its 780 mm width takes it through ordinary doorways and narrow passages. Hitech markets it for underground mining, metallurgical furnace maintenance and slag removal, emergency and nuclear rescue, and the demolition and renovation of commercial and industrial buildings; the nuclear work needs Hitech's optional nuclear protection.
