How it works on your site
The HCR120D is a compact, electric, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., driven by an 18.5 kW motor that runs from a three-phase site supply. Its work covers three demolition subtasks: stripping out building interiors, breaking down the structure, and sorting the resulting debris; Hitech lists breakers, crushers, grapples, buckets and hydraulic shears for its arm. Hitech lists it as a shipping model in its HCR series.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits broken concrete, metal and mixed debris into separate streams once the structure is down. The HCR120D's role here rests on its interchangeable attachments: Hitech lists grapples for the arm, and buckets and hydraulic shears are on its option list.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip clears a building of its finishes, fittings and non-structural partitions ahead of structural work. The HCR120D's part in it rests on the attachment fitted to its arm: buckets and hydraulic shears are on Hitech's option list. An operator runs it from a portable remote control box.
Structural Demolition
Hitech markets the HCR120D as a compact electro-hydraulic machine for building interiors, narrow passages and industrial furnaces. Its manual lists demolition and renovation of commercial and industrial buildings among its uses, alongside metallurgical furnace maintenance and slag removal, emergency rescue and nuclear work. Hitech lists hydraulic breakers and concrete crushers for the arm, and an operator drives the machine by radio or cable remote control.
