How it works on your site
The HCR200D is an electric, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., powered from a site electrical supply and driven by an operator at a portable radio or cable control box. Its three tasks are soft-strip and selective salvage, structural demolition, where Hitech states it crushes beams, columns and floors with a hydraulic breaker, and sorting demolition material, with interchangeable attachments on its arm doing the work on each task. Hitech lists it as a shipping product in its HCR series, which runs from the HCR70D to the HCR900R.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits the rubble from a strip-out or knock-down into streams before it leaves site. The HCR200D's role in it rests on its interchangeable attachments per Hitech, which lists buckets, grapples and hydraulic shears among the tools its quick coupler takes.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip clears a building down to its structure so the heavier demolition that follows starts on a bare frame. On the HCR200D the work rests on the attachment fitted to the arm: Hitech lists buckets and hydraulic shears among the tools its quick coupler takes, and the operator runs the arm from the remote control box.
Structural Demolition
Hitech states the HCR200D crushes beams, columns and floors with a hydraulic breaker on its multi-jointed arm, worked by the operator from the portable remote control box. Hitech markets it for construction demolition, tunnels, metal processing, rotary-kiln brick removal and nuclear work, and names crushing, digging, grasping and handling as the arm's tasks.
