How it works on your site
The HCR260D is an electric, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., tethered to site power through a 30 kW motor and driven by an operator with a portable radio remote. It covers three demolition subtasks: stripping out and salvaging material before the structure comes down, taking down the structure itself, and sorting the resulting debris, with the work done by the breaker, crusher, grapple or bucket fitted to its quick coupler. Hitech lists the HCR260D as a shipping model in its HCR series; RIC found no documented deployment or named customer.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits broken concrete, steel and other debris into separate piles once it is on the ground. The HCR260D's role here depends on the grapple and bucket on Hitech's attachment list, worked by the operator from the radio remote.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip empties a building of partitions, fittings and salvageable material before anything structural is broken. For the HCR260D this work rests on the attachments Hitech lists for its quick coupler, such as grapples, buckets and cut-off saws, with the operator driving each move from the portable radio remote.
Structural Demolition
Hitech markets the HCR260D for building demolition, industrial dismantling, underground engineering and nuclear decommissioning. An electro-hydraulic, multi-jointed arm on a tracked chassis carries the tool, and the tool decides the work: a breaker for breaking concrete, a concrete crusher for crushing, a drum cutter or cut-off saw for cutting. The operator runs arm, tool and tracks from the radio remote.
