How it works on your site
The HCR300D is an electric, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., tethered to a three-phase site supply and fitted with a multi-jointed arm and quick coupler for interchangeable attachments. Its three demolition subtasks are breaking and cutting reinforced concrete and steel structures, stripping fit-out and salvage from a building ahead of that work, and sorting the resulting debris. Hitech lists the HCR300D as a shipping product in its HCR series.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits demolition debris into concrete, steel and other streams for recycling or disposal. The HCR300D's part in it rests on the attachments Hitech lists, a grapple and a bucket among them, with the operator directing each move by remote control.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip clears non-structural fit-out and salvageable material out of a building before the structure comes down. On the HCR300D this work rests on the attachments Hitech lists for its quick coupler, including a grapple, a bucket and hydraulic shears, with the operator working from the remote control box.
Structural Demolition
Hitech markets the HCR300D for demolishing reinforced concrete and steel structures, and the tool on the multi-jointed arm sets the job: a hydraulic hammer for breaking, shears for cutting, a crusher for concrete. Hitech also lists kiln, tunnel and furnace work among its applications, with high-temperature hoses and nuclear protection sold as optional extras for those settings. The operator stands back from the work face and drives each operation by remote control.
