How it works on your site
The HCR70D is a compact, electric, remote-controlled tracked demolition robot from Anhui Hitech Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd., tethered to site power and the smallest model in Hitech's HCR series. It covers three demolition subtasks: stripping out fit-out and recoverable material ahead of structural work, breaking down the structure itself, and sorting the debris, each with the breaker, crusher, shear, grapple or bucket fitted to its quick coupler. Hitech lists the HCR70D as a shipping product; RIC found no documented deployment or named customer.
Material Sorting & Segregation
Sorting splits demolition debris into separate streams once it is broken out. Hitech says the HCR70D's interchangeable attachments handle crushing, shearing, scooping and material handling; grapples, buckets and crushers are all on its attachment list, and an operator makes each move from the remote control box.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Soft-strip takes out the partitions, finishes and services a building will not keep, and sets aside material worth recovering, before structural work starts. The HCR70D's part in it rests on its interchangeable attachments: breakers, crushers, cut-off saws, grapples and buckets are all on Hitech's attachment list for the quick coupler.
Structural Demolition
Hitech says the HCR70D's 600 mm width lets it pass narrow doorways and ride a passenger elevator, which takes it to demolition work on upper floors. Once in position, Hitech says four articulating legs add stability while it works, and the operator runs travel, arm and tool from a remote control box.
