How it works on your site
The Brokk 110 is a 990 kg tracked, mains-electric demolition robot that the operator drives by remote control. It breaks concrete with a breaker or crusher in structural demolition, strips interiors for soft-strip and selective salvage, and sorts material with grapples or a bucket; the operator stands clear on the remote. Brokk unveiled the current 110 in September 2016 with first deliveries set for that December, and it is listed as shipping; Brokk announced the Brokk 110+ successor in January 2026, and its current product line-up lists the 110+ rather than the 110, whose product page is still live.
Material Sorting & Segregation
A clamshell bucket, multi-purpose grapple or sorting/demolition grapple lets the operator pick through demolition debris and separate it by material from the remote.
Soft-Strip / Selective Salvage
Brokk fits the 110 with a multi-purpose or sorting/demolition grapple for soft demolition, pulling out structures inside buildings while the operator works the remote from a distance.
Structural Demolition
The operator drives the 110 to the work face and breaks concrete with the BHB 155 hydraulic breaker, reaching 4.3 m up and 3.7 m out with the breaker fitted. Where a job needs less noise, dust and vibration, the 110 carries a concrete crusher. The operator runs every movement from the portable SmartRemote, by radio up to 300 m or by cable, standing clear of the work.
