How it works on your site

NavVis makes human-carried SLAM laser scanners, the wearable VLX 3 and VLX 4 and the handheld MLX and CLX, plus the IVION software platform that processes each capture and serves it in a web browser. On construction sites one operator wears the VLX and walks the site to build a registered point cloud with 360-degree panoramas, used for as-built capture and for marking and measuring deviations against an IFC model in IVION. The VLX 3 and the MLX (launched September 2024) are on sale; the VLX 4 (announced 14 September 2026, 3 mm native resolution on preliminary specs) and the CLX (announced 1 September 2026, no shipping date) have no field record yet.
