How it works on your site
The Rail Raise 200 is a rubber-tracked, Stage V diesel machine for installing steel highway guardrail: it carries a pallet of guardrail beams weighing up to 2,500 kg along the work front, and its crane picks up one beam at a time by vacuum suction cup, with a maximum lift of 100 kg at a 4 m radius, under the operator's proportional hydraulic control. It handles beams and places them onto the post line; a separate machine, such as a GPS-controlled pile driver, drives the posts. The machine is shipping, with its first documented delivery in January 2022, five deployments on record across the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany, and one North American distributor, GSI Highway Products.
