How it works on your site
Nova Spraytec, a Munich company, builds NOVA-S, a compact airless spray robot that paints interior walls and ceilings. A wheeled drive unit carries either a wall pillar with two spray guns or a ceiling pillar, runs the spray movement automatically and works with the crew's own airless pump. The crew moves the unit between walls and starts it at the push of a button; detail work stays with the painters.
Painting
The crew rolls the drive unit up to the wall, connects its airless pump and starts the run at the push of a button. The wall pillar moves two spray guns over the wall at a constant speed; for ceilings the crew swaps in the ceiling pillar, which sprays overhead with a horizontal movement. Painters move the unit from wall to wall and keep the detail work.

- The operator moves the drive unit across the site and starts it; the spray process then runs automatically.

- Push-button operation from the control box on the drive unit, powered by a Beckhoff PLC. No technical know-how required.
