How it works on your site

Finishing (Second and Third Coats)

The robot sprays primer and two topcoats from the same mechanical platform used for putty application. The front-mounted 4-axis arm handles walls and ceilings; taping, corner work, and surface preparation remain crew tasks.

Skim Coating (Level 5 Only)

The 4-axis arm sprays one or two coats of putty while built-in tilt compensation maintains constant nozzle-to-wall distance during vertical movement. Coating thickness uniformity is within 0.1 mm deviation (vendor-stated). The PNP-6000iC variant reaches 5.9 m for commercial ceiling heights that the 3000iC cannot cover.

Painting

The robot paints a complete residential flat without worker supervision. A separate modeling robot scans the room and generates the spraying program; the PNP-3000iC then executes the plan autonomously, including navigation between work points.
