How it works on your site
The WEIBUILD PNP-3000iC is a battery-powered, wheeled interior spraying robot with a front-mounted 4-axis arm on a lift and traverse axis. It sprays putty (joint compound), latex paint, primer, and water-based coatings on interior wall and ceiling surfaces up to 3.2 m working height; sanding, taping, and exterior work stay with the crew. The PNP-3000iC has been shipping since 2023, with a 3-year centralized procurement contract from Singapore's Housing & Development Board and demonstration deployments in the UAE and Taiwan.
Painting
The robot paints a complete residential flat without worker supervision. A separate modeling robot scans the room and generates the spraying program; the PNP-3000iC then executes the plan autonomously, including navigation between work points.
Priming
The robot sprays primer with the same front-mounted 4-axis arm, lift axis and traverse axis it uses for putty, on interior walls and ceilings up to 3.2 m. Priming follows the putty coats once they are ground smooth with a separate wall and ceiling grinding machine, a step the crew runs.
Skim Coating (Level 5 Only)
The robot sprays one or two full coats of putty across interior walls and ceilings up to 3.2 m, from a front-mounted 4-axis arm on a lift and traverse axis. Built-in tilt compensation holds the nozzle at a constant distance from the wall as the arm moves vertically, and WEIBUILD states coating thickness uniformity within 0.1 mm. The crew feeds putty from a separate mixing feeder and grinds the dried coat before paint.
