How it works on your site

The PMC-3000iE is a battery-powered wall plastering robot from Shanghai WEIBUILD Technology: a vertical plastering mast on a wheeled AGV chassis with four omnidirectional steering wheels, which WEIBUILD states navigates by SLAM. WEIBUILD states it pumps, presses and scrapes cement plaster onto interior walls up to 3.3 m high in a single pass; the crew places laser lines in place of full strip preparation and supplies mortar to the onboard pump. At China State Construction Eighth Bureau's Lingang project in Shanghai, each robot runs with a two-person crew, one robot engineer and one master plasterer, in place of eight to ten manual plasterers, according to China Industry News Network. The PMC-3000iE is shipping, with named deployments on projects in Shanghai for China State Construction Eighth Bureau and Shanghai Construction Group First Construction.
