How it works on your site
The CAMPA wall panel installation robot is a wheeled machine with a tilting, chain-driven mast carriage that an operator runs from an Android tablet over 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi. It picks up a prefabricated partition panel, carries it across the floor, stands it upright and sets it against the panel already in the wall line; adhesive, fixing and finishing are outside every published claim. On MCC Singapore's CR101 contract at the Changi East Depot, ALC panels go up under slabs and beams in confined spaces, and MCC planning director Chua Chia Chiang reports high-risk lifting operations significantly reduced, with a joint LTA and BCA study reported by JTC putting the manpower productivity gain at 30 percent. ZOEROBOT ships the machine as the CAMPA series, Campa-300 for panels of 1 to 3.2 m and Campa-600 for 3 to 6 m, with a Campa-1200 named for 12 m work that carries no spec table.
