How it works on your site
The Floor Master 130 Cable Powered is a 65 kg wheeled floor screeding robot that lays, levels, and compacts concrete and cement-sand floors while one operator steers via handheld remote control. It handles subfloor preparation and levelling on interior rooms; material delivery, mix design, edge work, and power trowelling stay with the crew. The cable-powered version runs on 110V to 230V mains and operates continuously without battery downtime; CLAPA ships the Floor Master line from Poland with confirmed distribution in the UK, Ireland, the Netherlands, and Hong Kong.
Subfloor Preparation and Levelling
The operator drives the robot across the pour via handheld remote control while the screeding head automatically levels and compacts the mix to a laser-guided datum. The crew still handles material supply to the work area, edge finishing within 5 mm of walls, and any power-trowel smoothing after the robot's pass.
