How it works on your site
The Autonomous Concrete Grinding System from Tempo Works Inc. is a floor-level machine that grinds concrete floors for surface preparation and polishes them, aimed at large indoor floor areas in buildings, data centers, airports, warehouses and retail facilities. Tempo Works describes the grinding as autonomous; no independent source has verified that. The system is in pilot at proof-of-concept stage, is not commercially available for purchase or lease, and has 0 confirmed deployments; in November 2025 Colorado's OEDIT awarded Tempo Works a $250,000 proof-of-concept grant for its development.
