How it works on your site
Cyphra Autonomy builds PAL, a tracked robot that runs the debris cleanup loop on commercial construction sites. A laborer fills a bin and requests a pickup from a phone, and PAL drives to it, rides the site lift by coordinating with the lift operator through the Cyphra app, loads the bin itself, empties it into the roll-off and brings it back. Filling the bins and running the lift stay with the crew, and the maker is adding attachments so other trades can re-rent the same robots on site.
Horizontal Transport
PAL carries full debris bins from the work floors out to the roll-off, empties them and returns each bin to where it came from. It also hauls small loads across the site, so the crew stays at the point of work.
Last-Mile Delivery
A laborer fills a bin at the work area and requests a pickup from a mobile device. PAL coordinates with the lift operator through the Cyphra app to change floors, then picks up and loads the bin itself.

Will it work on your site
- Autonomy
- Runs the debris loop autonomously: picks up and loads the bin, carries it to the roll-off, empties it and returns it. A laborer starts each run by requesting a pickup.
- Control interface
- Laborers request pickups from a mobile device. The Cyphra app coordinates PAL with the lift operator to move between floors and shows every request, pickup and robot.
- Environment
- Commercial construction sites: unfinished floors inside the building, the site lift between floors, and the route out to the roll-off.
- Fleet management
- One connected fleet: every request, pickup and robot visible in one app. The robots are shared across the site and re-rented by subcontractors.
- Training
- Minimal training: the maker reports training people in less than five minutes.
- Generation
- Second generation, PAL v2: modular chassis, tracked mobility and interchangeable attachments, with payload up to 2,200 lb, per the maker's 2026 plan.
As the maker states it.
