Summary

The Material Mover is a compact, battery-powered autonomous vehicle that transports construction materials point-to-point across job sites using camera-based navigation and an auto-dumping mechanism. It covers horizontal transport and last-mile delivery into hoists for multi-story sites; loading, unloading, and vertical lift operation stay with the crew. The Material Mover has been shipping since 2024 with 6 confirmed deployments across residential, industrial, and airport infrastructure projects in India, plus early trials in the UAE.

Receiving & Staging Horizontal Transport Last-Mile Delivery

How it works on your site

Horizontal Transport

The Material Mover runs pre-programmed routes between stations, picks up loaded material at one point and auto-dumps at the destination. The 4-wheel-drive electric drivetrain handles construction-site terrain at gradients up to 12 degrees while fully loaded at 500 kg. Crew continues to load material onto the dumper and handle any vertical transport beyond hoist entry.

Last-Mile Delivery

The robot's compact chassis fits into hoists and construction lift entries for multi-story delivery.
