How it works on your site

The MS355 is Masterscreed's smallest laser screed, a 355 kg wheeled machine that levels freshly placed concrete slabs while two Trimble LR410 receivers hold its screed head to a laser reference plane. It covers screeding and leveling over single or double rebar mesh; the operator drives it from a wireless remote, and placing the concrete needs separate equipment such as a pump truck or crane bucket. The MS355 is listed as shipping, and no confirmed deployment or named customer is on record.

Screeding and Leveling

The operator steers the MS355 from the remote while two Trimble LR410 receivers read the transmitter's laser plane and the LEVmaster MK5 system holds the screed head to it. Slump, rake and cold-joint settings, plus separate auger and vibrator speeds, are set on the control system. The crew still positions the laser transmitter and places the concrete with a pump truck or crane bucket.
