How it works on your site

The MS430 is Masterscreed's petrol-engined, wheeled laser screed that strikes off and levels freshly placed concrete floor slabs while dual Trimble LR410 receivers hold its 3.0 m screed head to a laser reference plane. It covers screeding and levelling under wireless remote control and drives over steel bars, steel mesh and insulation; placing the concrete and setting up the laser transmitter stay with the crew. The MS430 is listed as shipping, is built in Belgium and sold through dealers in the UK and New Zealand, and no confirmed deployment or named customer is on record.

Screeding and Leveling

The operator drives the MS430 from a wireless remote while dual Trimble LR410 receivers read the transmitter's laser plane and the LEVmaster system holds the screed head to it, with settings adjusted to suit the concrete's slump. The crew still sets up the laser transmitter and places the concrete with a pump truck or crane bucket.
