How it works on your site

The MS430e is a compact wheeled, battery-electric laser screed on a 48 V lithium-ion battery, the electric version of Masterscreed's MS430. It screeds and levels freshly placed concrete to a laser reference plane while the operator drives it from a wireless remote; Masterscreed states it runs with zero emissions at the machine. Masterscreed lists the MS430e as shipping and dealers in the UK and New Zealand offer it for sale; RIC found no documented deployment or named customer.

Screeding and Leveling

The operator drives the MS430e from the wireless remote while the laser receivers read the transmitter's plane and the LEVmaster Ultimate system adjusts the screed head to it, with settings matched to the concrete's slump. The crew still sets up the external laser transmitter and places the concrete with a pump truck or crane bucket.
