How it works on your site

The MS575 is Masterscreed's petrol-engined, wheeled laser screed that strikes off and levels freshly placed concrete floor slabs, driven by a Briggs & Stratton Vanguard 37HP EFI engine while dual Trimble LR410 receivers hold the screed head to a laser reference plane. It covers screeding and levelling under wireless remote control on ground slabs and upper floors, over single or double rebar mesh; placing the concrete and setting up the laser transmitter stay with the crew. The MS575 is listed as shipping, is built in Belgium and sold through dealers in the UK and New Zealand, with an LPG variant in the range, and no confirmed deployment or named customer is on record.

Screeding and Leveling

The operator drives the MS575 from a wireless remote and sets its path, speed and direction, while the laser receivers read the transmitter's plane and the LEVmaster system adjusts screed head elevation to hold it, with slump settings matched to the concrete being placed. The crew still sets up the external laser transmitter and places the concrete with a pump truck or crane bucket.
