How it works on your site

The MS60 is Masterscreed's large line screed: a wheeled, boom-mounted laser screed that the operator drives by radio remote. It screeds and levels freshly placed concrete to a laser reference, swinging its screed head across the pour on a 6 m (20 ft) rotating telescopic boom. Masterscreed lists the MS60 as shipping and dealers in the UK, New Zealand and Australia sell it; it was shown at the GIC 2024 fair in Italy, and RIC found no documented deployment or named customer.

Screeding and Leveling

A laser receiver mast on the edge of the screed head reads the transmitter's reference plane, and the LEVmaster Ultimate control system holds the head to that elevation as the boom rotates and telescopes it across the slab. Concrete slump settings and vibrator force and speed are adjusted from the remote, and a pressure washer mounted on the machine cleans it after the pour. The crew still sets up the external laser transmitter and places the concrete.
