How it works on your site

Finishing (Second and Third Coats)

The robot sprays putty material onto wall surfaces in controlled passes. Material mixing, pump feeding, and pump cleaning remain manual crew tasks.

Sanding

An interchangeable sander module attaches to the same platform that sprays putty and paint. The sander corrects surface undulations up to 13-14 mm of wall deviation; a separate dust extraction vacuum module runs alongside. The robot detects door and window openings during sanding to skip those areas.

Skim Coating (Level 5 Only)

The robot sprays putty in a uniform layer, then the sander module follows to remove roughly half the applied material and achieve a level surface. LiDAR-based mapping plots the trajectory autonomously; no floor plan or BIM input is required.

Painting

The robot sprays paint on walls and ceilings with pre-planned overlaps for uniform coat thickness. In ceiling mode the arm points upward and operates fully autonomously; the operator can leave the room. Wall mode requires more operator presence than ceiling mode.
