How it works on your site

The HAMM HTC 15 is a diesel double-drum trench roller that an operator drives from outside the trench with an infrared remote control, using two padfoot vibration drums on cohesive soils such as clay. It covers compaction within earthmoving, with the operator controlling travel, steering and compaction at all times and keeping line of sight to the machine within 20 m. HAMM, a Wirtgen Group company owned by Deere, launched the HTC 15 at ConExpo 2023; it is shipping and listed by 8 or more authorized dealers across the US and Canada.

Compaction

The HTC 15 compacts in trenches and confined spaces with two padfoot vibration drums, one front and one rear, each delivering the same centrifugal force. Padfoot drums suit clay and other cohesive soils; granular backfill calls for smooth drums, which this machine does not carry.
