How it works on your site

The Skydio X10 is an inspection drone that flies camera and radiometric thermal capture missions over a job site, either from a handheld controller or from a Skydio Dock for X10 that launches it on a schedule, on demand or from an alert. In construction configuration it carries the VT300-L sensor package and an optional RTK/PPK attachment to capture progress imagery, live site views, orthomosaics and 3D models; processing, progress measurement and BIM comparison happen in third-party platforms such as DroneDeploy, and docked or remote flight without an on-site observer requires FAA waivers. The X10 was first deployed in 2023, and the only X10-generation general contractor on record is Turner Construction, in a single-dock pilot reported in May 2025; the Sundt, Obayashi and NCDOT construction results on record come from prior-generation Skydio aircraft.
