How it works on your site

The ACR Robot 557 H is a tracked, radio-controlled hydrodemolition robot from Conjet AB that removes concrete with high-pressure water jets fed by a separate high-pressure pump. It is the horizontal variant of Conjet's 7-Series ACR range, built for concrete removal and repair on bridge decks, parking garages, highways, quays and docks, while the 557 MPA takes vertical and overhead work. The 557 H is shipping.

Concrete Removal and Repair

The 557 H runs over horizontal concrete and cuts with a high-pressure water jet, stripping damaged concrete while the reinforcement stays in place and hidden weak pockets come to light. On uneven ground beside a structure, the robot works from alongside the member instead of riding on top of it. The crew sets it up next to a separate high-pressure pump that feeds the jet.
