The Drillcorpio Df is a compact, wheeled autonomous drilling robot that executes ceiling, wall, and floor drilling from BIM/CAD plans loaded onto a tablet. It covers overhead drilling and anchoring for E&M installations and civil works; taping, wiring, and conduit runs stay with the crew. The Df has been shipping since 2022.
Overhead Drilling & Anchoring
The Df navigates autonomously using SLAM and LiDAR, positions itself at each drill point from an imported BIM/CAD plan, and drills with auto-tilt compensation for ceiling, wall, or floor surfaces. Rebar detection runs in real time during drilling. The crew handles wiring, conduit, and fit-out work after anchors are placed.
