How it works on your site

dConstruct Robotics' d.ASH Platform is a product line: the d.ASH-ER compact four-wheeled robot, the d.ASH Pack LiDAR scanning pack (worn as a backpack or mounted on d.ASH-ER), d.ASH Xplorer processing software, the d.ASH Ops fleet dashboard and the d.ASH Go app. On construction sites it captures point clouds for progress tracking and BIM comparison, with d.ASH Xplorer checking scans against models from Autodesk Construction Cloud; d.ASH Pack maps the site first, and d.ASH-ER then runs supervised missions on the mapped routes. Gammon Construction estimates that site scanning on its Sentosa construction trial is 30 to 40% more productive with 5G-connected Spot robots running dConstruct software than with human scanners (GSMA report; Spot is Boston Dynamics hardware, so the trial was a software integration). The platform is shipping, and every deployment in RIC's record is a trial, pilot or demonstration in Singapore.
